At Spa Escape sanitization has always been a high priority. We do many things behind the scenes to maintain a healthy and safe environment for both our clients and staff such as laundry and sanitization of tables, chairs and implements after each client. We use solutions and practices approved by Alberta Health. With the outbreak of COVID-19 in Alberta we continue to be diligent in all of our sanitization practices and have also added increased sanitization to high touch point areas and surfaces such as handrails, door knobs, payment devices, and washrooms. To also keep you safe and well, all employees are instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms of illness.
We care about your health and wellbeing and for that reason we are currently remaining open. We realize that many people are now out of work and will feel a need to get out. Spa Escape is a perfect place to go to receive self-care in a non-crowded environment that adheres to high sanitization standards.
We have monthly specials in place to make services more affordable for you and will work to put more specials in place in the weeks to come to help you during this stressful time.
To keep our team and clients healthy we ask that you postpone your trip to the spa if you are not feeling well. We will not provide services to anyone who comes to the spa who has any symptoms of illness. We have never put an appointment cancellation policy in place as we understand that things happen in life and we never want a client to be ‘penalized’ for needing to change their plans. We will continue to operate without a cancellation policy and we want to thank you for taking the time to cancel (instead of just being a no show) if you are not feeling well.
